Can I change my billing date?

Right now, you cannot change it. The billing date on your subscription will be set to auto-pay once the phone ships.

At this time, we are unable to change your billing date.

Your Aqua One subscription is set to auto-pay once the phone ships to you.

Your monthly subscription will be charged to your card on file each month. If you want to change or update your default payment method, log into your Parent Dashboard and follow these steps.

  1. Go to SETTINGS (tap the menu in the upper left-hand corner)

  2. Tap ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  3. Tap ADD PAYMENT METHOD
