What happens if the Aqua One goes offline?
If your child's phone loses its connection, activity will stop syncing to your dashboard until it reconnects. Once a stable connection is restored, the Aqua One will automatically sync any activity that occurred while it was offline. You won't permanently miss anything — it may just appear with a slight delay.
Tips for keeping the connection stable:
Make sure your child's Aqua One is saved to your home Wi-Fi network so it connects automatically at home.
If your child uses mobile data, confirm they have an active SIM card and data plan with their carrier.
Check that no battery optimization settings are restricting background data for the monitoring app.
Does the Aqua One need internet to function at all?
