  2. After speaking with our chatbot, you will have the option to select 'Get more help'.

  3. Submit a ticket and a Customer Care representative will reach out to you.

  4. To speed up the process, add the correct address in the ticket notes!

How quickly can the address be changed?

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible β€” ideally before your order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, rerouting may not always be possible depending on the carrier and how far the shipment has progressed.
