Yes! Your Parent Dashboard will remain fully operable a month after your January payment. Meaning it will no longer have our monitoring program on it a month after you last payment.
Example: If your payment was on January 15th, the Aqua One monitoring system will be disabled on February 15th.
You and your child's service will function as normal, giving you continued insight into all of your child's online activity. All current features, including activity tracking and notifications will remain active and accessible until the service is officially discontinued.
After your February billing date, our monitoring services will be removed, and the phone will function as a regular device. There's no need to ship the phone back—it's yours to keep! If you would like to cancel before this date, reach out to our Customer Care team on your Parent Dashboard!
Note: If your subscription was canceled before this date due to failed payments, your Aqua One device will remain locked with our monitoring system still connected. This decision ensures that parents are informed when our monitoring software is disconnected, preventing children from using the phone as a regular device without their parent's knowledge.
