Will My Child Know Their Phone Is Being Monitored?

No, your child won’t know their phone is being monitored unless you decide to tell them. The monitoring runs quietly in the background, giving you peace of mind without alerting them.

That said, it’s a good idea to have open talks about online safety and responsible phone use. This helps build trust and teaches them why staying safe online matters.

Will Aqua One Monitor Private or Incognito Browsing?

Yes, the Aqua One monitors activity in incognito or private mode across any browser. You’ll see exactly what your child viewed, and the activity is available for playback on your Parent Dashboard.

If you’d prefer to disable incognito mode altogether, you can do so using Google Family Link. Just open the app, select your child, go to “Filters on Google Chrome,” and manage sites under approved or blocked. You can add exceptions and apply custom browsing rules to fit your family’s needs.

How Do I Control What Apps or Websites My Child Can Access?

Aqua One doesn’t block specific sites, but you can manage your child’s screen time and app access using Google Family Link or other third-party apps.

Just open the Family Link app, select your child, and go to the “Controls” section. From there, tap “App limits” to view their apps and choose which ones to block or restrict. It’s a simple way to guide their phone use while still giving them some freedom.

Our monitoring software is built directly into the Aqua One and can’t be downloaded onto any other device.

Because it’s fully integrated, your child can’t uninstall it. This setup ensures the monitoring features stay active and secure—giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Is Aqua One Compatible with Co-Parents or Dual Households?

Yes! Aqua One is built for co-parenting. You can share the Parent Dashboard with up to five other people, giving them real-time access to your child’s activity from anywhere.

You both will have your own accounts to view activity and save videos for later viewing. As the primary parent who set up the Aqua One, only you can edit your child’s profile, unlock the phone if the nudity prevention feature is triggered, and revoke shared access at any time.

Does Aqua One Work with VPNs, Bark, or Other Tools?

Yes, you can still monitor apps even if a secure VPN is active. Aqua One’s built-in monitoring features work through the device itself, so you’ll continue to see your child’s online activity no matter what.

If you purchased an Aqua One with a payment plan, you can update your payment method anytime. Just log in to your account on ClickFunnels using the email you used at checkout. After entering your login details, check your email or phone for a confirmation code and enter it to complete the login process. Once logged in, go to the “Subscriptions” tab, find your active subscription, and click on it. Then, click the settings wheel on the right side of the screen, where you can add or change your payment method for your subscription.

What Is the Aqua One Warranty and Is It Google-Covered?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers hardware defects, software issues, damaged phones on delivery, cracked screens (excluding intentional damage), battery replacement, lost or stolen devices (with a police report), and forgotten password resets. Most shipping costs are covered, though you may need to pay to send the device to us for repairs.

The warranty does not cover intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, or shipping damage not reported in advance. Please note that this warranty is separate from and not covered by Google’s warranty policy. For more details on the claim process, visit our website.

What’s the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts the day your Aqua One is delivered. To qualify for a return, the device must be in its original, undamaged condition. If the device shows any damage, it won’t be covered under the guarantee.

Returns are free because Cyber Dive covers all shipping costs. To request a return, contact Customer Care through your Parent Dashboard. We’ll confirm if you’re within the 30-day window and send you a prepaid return label. After we receive and inspect the phone, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days if there’s no damage.

If the phone is damaged such as water damage, cracked screens, or visible external damage, the guarantee does not apply. We’ll evaluate the damage and keep you updated, and you can choose to have the phone returned to you.
