Just open it in your mobile browser and head to app.cyberdive.co or download the Cyber Dive Parent Dashboard app from the App Store or Google Play. To log in, enter the email address you used to sign up—this is where we’ll send your verification code. You’ll need access to that email to retrieve the code and log in. No matter where you are or what phone you’re using, you’ll have full control at your fingertips to check in, stay informed, and keep your child safe with just a few taps.

You might be wondering what is the Parent Dashboard and how do I start using it? The Parent Dashboard is your all-in-one tool to stay connected to your child’s digital life through their Aqua One. You get real-time info, screen time details, and safety features all in one place. It gives you a clear view of their phone activity, including every app they’ve installed or deleted, how much time they’re spending on each one, and who they’re messaging. You can also see their web browsing history, giving you insight into what sites they’re visiting and how often. With Instant Replay, you can see every text, search, swipe, and scroll under the Online Activity tab—so you’ll always know what they’re up to without guessing.

It also includes powerful safety features like Nudity Prevention. If your child’s device detects nudity through the front or back camera on any app, the phone will automatically lock and send you a text alert along with a notification on your Parent Dashboard. This helps stop risky behavior before it happens and keeps you instantly informed.

You can share your Parent Dashboard with up to five trusted people, like a co-parent or grandparent, and control exactly what each person can see. It even works alongside other parental control apps like Google Family Link, Life360, or Bark for screen time limits or other restrictions without losing any Aqua One features. And since the dashboard updates in real-time, you can monitor everything from any iPhone or Android device, wherever you are.

Worried your child might try to access your Parent Dashboard? Don’t be. Your child cannot view or log into the Parent Dashboard from their Aqua One. Only someone with the correct login information can access the monitoring data, so everything stays secure and private.

To your child, the Aqua One works just like a regular Google Pixel phone. They won’t see anything related to monitoring, and their experience won’t feel any different. While your monitoring tools stay hidden, we still encourage spending time having open conversations about online safety so your child understands you're looking out for them.

Curious what someone can see when you invite them to your Shared Parent Dashboard? Anyone you share it with will have full access to your child’s Online Activity Feed and App List, so they can stay up to date on everything happening. You can share your dashboard with up to five people at a time, making it easy to involve trusted adults like co-parents or grandparents.

When you send an invite, that person gets real-time access to your child’s apps and web browsing, just like you do. But only you, as the primary parent, have specific parental controls where you can edit your child’s information, or deactivate their Aqua One. You're also the only one who can unlock your child’s phone if nudity is detected and the device is locked for safety. You can also remove their access at any time right from your Parent Dashboard.

Each shared user has their own private space within the dashboard. They can save Instant Replay videos to review later, but those saved videos are only visible to them. You can’t see theirs, and they can’t see yours. It keeps things organized and private while giving everyone the tools they need to help keep your child safe.

Wondering if you can manage content that your child’s app downloads and call activity? Your child can make in app purchases just like a normal phone. With the Aqua One, you don’t need to block access to anything because you get full visibility instead. Every time your child downloads a new app you’ll get a notification in your Parent Dashboard along with a red dot on the alerts bell to keep you in the loop. You can also see uninstalled apps and exactly how each one is being used through Instant Replay.

Currently you cannot monitor call logs or phone calls on your child’s Aqua One due to privacy laws and you are also not able to block calls or contacts directly from the device. If you’re looking to limit access or block access to specific websites or other apps we recommend using Google Family Link alongside your Aqua One for additional control. There you can go to your parental control settings and manage content exactly how you want your child’s Aqua One to be.

The Aqua One does not have the ability to set screen time limits but you are not out of options. You still have powerful control over your child’s phone usage and with other resources such as Google Family Link you get even more ways to manage their device.

This means you can easily set limits and restrict access during school hours. There are also other third party apps that can set screen time limits as well that are compatible with the Aqua One. With Aqua One combined with Google Family Link you are in charge of setting the rules, managing the time and helping your child stay focused when it matters most.
