How can I upgrade to the new product?

Upgrading to our new product is a simple and straightforward process! Here’s how you can make the transition:

  1. Visit Our Website: Go to our official website where you'll find all the information about the new product, including features, pricing, and available options.

  2. Reach out to our Customer Care team on your Parent Dashboard: Our team will guide you through the process of switching over to our new Aqua One model.

What does that look like?

If you are a current Aqua One user and want to switch over to our new generation, we have made the process easy!

  1. Back up your child’s data before transitioning to our new product.

  2. Head to our website to purchase your next generation Aqua One. Remember, we are no longer a subscription based model. You will have full ownership of the phone when purchased.

  3. A Customer Care agent will reach out to you personally to review the next steps as well to help with this transition.

  4. Once you receive your new Aqua One, you can go ahead use your same Parent Dashboard and connect your new device as a replacement!

  5. No need to ship the old phone back to us—it's yours to keep! The monitoring software will be removed automatically and it will now function as a regular phone!
