How do I pay off my Aqua One payment plan early?

If you purchased your Aqua One on one of our payment plan options but would like to pay off the remaining balance early, we’re happy to help make that happen!

To get started, reach out to us through the chatbot in your Parent Dashboard or email us at [email protected]. Our team will send you an invoice for the remaining amount on your device. Once the payment has been completed, we will cancel your active payment plan and confirm that everything has been updated.

There are no fees or penalties for paying off your plan early, and your Aqua One service will remain the same. This option simply gives you the flexibility to finish your payments whenever it works best for you!
