What happens to my data after the service ends?
Updated over a month ago

The current Aqua One will be deprecated in early 2025, making it inoperable and ending your subscription service. We strongly recommend backing up your child's data before this transition to ensure no data is lost.

Once the service ends, all data stored on the Parent Dashboard will still be accessible and saved when your child’s Aqua One is disabled.

What happens to my current service?

If you are a current user of our service, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle following your January payment.

This means your service will remain active up until what would have been your next billing date in February, but you will not be charged in February. After this date, the service will no longer be available, but you’ll have the option to transition to our new product seamlessly.

Here's the good news! There is no need to send the device back to us, it's all yours! After your final billing date in February, our monitoring services will be removed, and the phone will function as a regular Android device. At that point, you’re free to sell it, gift it, or use it as a normal device!

How can I upgrade to the new product?

Upgrading is easy! Simply visit our website and go through the process of ordering our latest Aqua One model. As a loyal customer, you may be eligible for special offers and discounts on the new product.
