What is Cyber Dive’s Warranty Policy?

What's Covered?

Our Lifetime Warranty is here to make sure your Aqua One device functions the way it’s supposed to. Here’s what we’ve got you covered on:

  1. Hardware Defects
    If the sound on your device isn’t working the way it should—whether it’s an issue with the speaker, microphone, or internal audio hardware—we’ll fix it or replace it.

  2. Software Issues
    If our monitoring software encounters a problem we can’t resolve on our end and it prevents your device from working, we’ve got your back.

  3. Damaged Phones Upon Delivery
    If your phone itself arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Just send us a video showing the damaged device and proof of purchase, and we’ll handle it from there. This claim must be made within one week of your delivery date.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Accidental Damage, Cosmetic Wear and Tear

    • Damages caused by accidents—like cracked screens, water damage, or drops

    • Light scratches or marks on the screen or casing, dents, cracks

    • Slight fading or discoloration

    • Gradual battery wear from regular charging

    • Camera performance declining (e.g., reduced clarity or image quality)

  • Loss or Theft

    • If your device is lost or stolen
