Our Lifetime Warranty is here to make sure your Aqua One device functions the way it’s supposed to. Here’s what we’ve got you covered on:
Hardware Defects
If the sound on your device isn’t working the way it should—whether it’s an issue with the speaker, microphone, or internal audio hardware—we’ll fix it or replace it. *Shipping Covered
Software Issues
If our monitoring software encounters a problem we can’t resolve on our end and it prevents your device from working, we’ve got your back. *Shipping Covered
Damaged Phones Upon Delivery
If your phone itself arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Just send us a video showing the damaged device and proof of purchase, and we’ll handle it from there. This claim must be made within one week of your delivery date. *Shipping Covered
Cracked Screens
Have a cracked screen? We’ll repair it for you! Just cover the cost of shipping it to our office, and we’ll take care of the rest. (provided the damage is not a result of intentional misuse) *We’ll take care of the shipping costs to send the phone back to you.
Battery
If your battery isn’t holding a charge or seems worn out, we can replace it. You’ll just need to cover the shipping cost to send it to our office. *We’ll take care of the shipping costs to send the phone back to you.
Lost or Stolen Devices
You must report the loss or theft to Customer Care support within seven days. We’ll disable the device, and you’ll need to provide a police report or other verifiable proof of theft. A replacement fee may apply based on purchase date and availability. Failure to provide the necessary verification may result in the replacement request being denied. *Shipping Covered
What’s Not Covered?
Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempt to modify, root, or jailbreak the device will void the warranty.
Intentional Damage: Devices that have been deliberately damaged, submerged in water beyond IP-rated limits, or otherwise misused are not covered.
Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Minor scratches, dents, and other non-functional damage that does not affect performance.
