How does the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee work?
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee begins the day your Aqua One is delivered. To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, the device must be in its original, undamaged condition. Please note that if the device shows any signs of damage, it will not be covered under the warranty. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, so if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Is there any cost to me for the return?
Not at all! Cyber Dive covers all shipping costs for the return process.
How do I request a return?
Simply reach out to our Customer Care team via the Parent Dashboard on your mobile device and let us know what’s going on with your device.
What happens after I contact Cyber Dive?
We will verify if you are still within your 30 days to return the phone. We'll then send you a pre-paid return label. After we receive and inspect the phone, we will issue you a refund onto your payment method originally used for your Aqua One if there is no damage.
What happens during the inspection process?
When we get the phone, we’ll inspect it to make sure it’s in it's original condition. If everything checks out, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
What happens if the phone is damaged?
If the phone is damaged, we do not honor our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We’ll evaluate the extent of the damage and keep you updated on our findings. You will have the option to have the phone returned to you.
What counts as damage?
Damage includes water damage, cracked screens, or any visible external damage to the phone.
