How do I change my payment method for recurring payments?

How can I update the credit card or payment method on my Aqua One subscription?

If you purchased an Aqua One using one of our old payment plan options, you can update your payment method anytime. To update your payment method for recurring payments, follow these simple steps:

  1. Head to this link to change your payment method: Click here to log in.

  2. Log in to your account using the email you used at checkout.

  3. Check your email or phone for a confirmation code and enter it to complete login.

  4. Click on the “Subscriptions” tab once you're logged in.

  5. Find your active subscription and click on it.

  6. Click the settings wheel on the right side of the screen.

  7. From there, you can add or change your payment method for that subscription.

That’s it—you’re all set!

If you chose Afterpay or Klarna, all payment method updates must be made directly through your Afterpay or Klarna account. You can log in to your provider’s app or website to update your card, manage payments, or make early payments according to their terms.

Cyber Dive does not manage installment payment methods and does not have access to update them on your behalf.
