Updates on the Aqua One are recommended to have a secure and strong Wi-Fi connection to download and install to avoid interruptions.
If you tap Install Now without being connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal, the update could fail. When that happens, a screen will pop up letting you know the update was not successful, along with a reminder to check your internet connection as the most common cause.
That’s why we always recommend hopping on Wi-Fi first — it’s the only way updates can go through smoothly and securely.
