No matter how you access the Parent Dashboard, there's an easy way to update it!
Follow the steps below to update your Parent Dashboard to the latest version. After completing these steps, you must log into your Parent Dashboard.
*Our Parent Dashboard is only accessible on your mobile browser
In the Chrome app (Android)
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
At the top right, tap More.
Tap History. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
Next to “Cookies and site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Tap Clear data.
In the Chrome app (iOS)
On your iPhone open the Chrome app.
At the bottom, tap More.
Tap History. Clear browsing data.
Ensure there’s a checkmark next to “Cookies, Site Data” and “Cached Images and Files.”
Tap Clear browsing data.
On Safari iOS
Open the Settings app on your mobile phone, then select Safari.
Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data.
Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.
Have the Parent Dashboard saved to your home screen?
Follow these steps to reinstall (after following the steps outlined above).
On iOS
Open Safari on your mobile phone and go to app.cyberdive.co.
Press the “Share” button and select “Add to Home Screen” from the popup.
Lastly, tap “Add” in the top right corner to finish installing the PWA.
On Android
On your Android device, open Chrome.
Go to app.cyberdive.co.
Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
Tap "Install app" and follow the on-screen instructions.
