I Can’t See the New Update (Now What?)

No worries. If the update is not showing up yet, try these quick steps:

Make sure the Aqua One is connected to the internet. Then go to Settings, tap System, then System Updates. From there, tap the blue refresh arrow in the top right corner. That usually does the trick.

If you’re fully up to date, tapping the refresh button will show a screen confirming that your child’s Aqua One is up to date on updates.

If you believe you’re missing an update, reach out to us on your Parent Dashboard to speak with a live agent. We can look into it for you and make sure you and your child are experiencing the Aqua One to its full potential, with every feature and improvement working just as it should.
