Back up your child's Aqua One smartphone to keep from losing their precious data!

Please follow these steps to back up your child's Aqua One. If your child's phone is damaged and you have a SIM card, please jump to step 6.

  1. Open up your settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Google (you'll need to log in to your Google account if you still need to set up a Google account on the phone).

  3. Click “Backup” under the list “Services on this device”.

  4. Once you see a screen that allows you to back up the device on your Google account, click “Turn on.”

  5. Once logged in, you will see a screen with a “Back Up Now” button. Select this if you are in the process of replacing the phone. Additional backup details can be seen below the button if you don't need to back up the phone immediately for replacement.

  6. If you have a SIM card, switch it from your old Aqua One to your replacement phone after backing up the original phone.
