Back up your child's Aqua One smartphone to keep from losing their precious data!
Please follow these steps to back up your child's Aqua One...
Go to the settings app on your phone
Find the option which says Google and tap on it
If you have not setup a google account on your phone, you will have to sign in first. This will be the account you would want the backup to be stored to.
You will see 2 tabs under your google account which say “Recommended“ & “All services“
Under recommended, click on the option which mentions Backup.
If the backup is already on, it will say “Backup is on“
If the backup is on, you will see other details such as available backup storage and the time of the last backup
Click on the button which says “Manage Backup“
Make sure the option which says “Backup by Google One“ is turned on.
Under backup details, it will show the list of things you have enabled backup for. You can enable it for the following options if its turned off:
Photos & Videos
Other device data including contacts, call logs, device settings, app data and SMS/MMS
If you have a SIM card, switch it from your old Aqua One to your replacement phone after backing up the original phone.
